One cookie per love
When Ana bought "New York cookies" for Pedro in Portugal, she had no idea that this small gesture would change their future.
Pedro is very particular about sugar: he only eats what, according to him, "is so good that the pleasure far surpasses everything else ." That day, his eyes lit up at the first bite, and the "mmmmmm!" effect was enough for Ana to understand that she had just found the perfect treat to showcase the pastry-making expertise that runs in her family 💪
Ana rolled up her sleeves with a clear objective: to create the perfect cookie to satisfy such a demanding palate. She wanted real flavors, a different experience , one that couldn't be found anywhere else.
And when you do things with passion (and Swiss chocolate)... the result is amazing ! Very quickly, Pedro became Ana's first—and only—customer (and ultimate fan). So much so that he started to convince her that "it couldn't stay between us" and that they had to be shared.
And… madness accepted! Ana in the kitchen, Pedro as the official "taster": thus was born the Dooki Cookies baby project. Nine months—and hundreds of test cookies—later, it matured and Dooki was born! madness company specializing in New York cookies, located in the pretty village of Le Bouveret, with delivery throughout Switzerland.

Anyone else spend way too much time reading luxury advisor guides trying to decide if it’s worth paying someone to help with high-end buys? I went in skeptical, expecting pure marketing fluff, but some of these actually explain access to limited releases and insider pricing pretty clearly. Not all of it is convincing though, some feels padded just to sound impressive.
I’m on the fence about whether these luxury advisor guides oversell the benefits or if there’s real substance behind hiring one. The idea of skipping waitlists and getting better deals sounds appealing, not gonna lie. Still, I wonder how much of that is just sales talk dressed up as advice. Would love to hear real opinions from people who’ve gone through it.
Honestly I stumbled onto this site while trying to figure out which watch was actually worth the hype, and I ended up spending way more time than planned reading through the breakdowns. It’s not flashy, just seems like people who actually know the market putting things in plain terms. Anyone else find themselves going down a rabbit hole with stuff like this?
