A. Orders and deliveries
What are the delivery times?
We deliver all our products within 48 working hours .
Orders placed from Thursday onwards are delivered on Tuesday morning .
Deliveries around our workshop, as well as takeaway , are available every day of the week .
Do you deliver throughout Switzerland?
Yes, we deliver throughout Switzerland , with the same conditions and delivery times.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your cookies are in production, you will receive an email containing your order number .
Simply click on this number to track the status of your Dooki Cookies order.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! You can pick up your order at our workshop in Le Bouveret (Valais) .
Orders can be placed via the website, WhatsApp or Instagram.
Our team will do its best to accommodate your preferred date and time.
B. Products and preservation
How long do cookies last?
Cookies can be stored for 5 days .
Some perfumes, especially those containing fruit, may have a shorter shelf life — this information is always indicated on the packaging .
How should I store them?
Keep them in the original packaging or in an airtight container (metal box, jar or resealable bag).
Avoid refrigerating them, as this alters their texture.
Do the cookies contain nuts or gluten?
Yes. Each cookie has its own recipe.
If you have an allergy or intolerance , please consult the information on our website or contact us directly.
Can I freeze cookies?
Yes, cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months .
Place them in a freezer bag.
To restore their original texture, let them defrost for about 1 hour 30 minutes , then reheat them for 5 minutes at 180°C .

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit and credit cards , as well as PayPal .

D. Returns and refunds
Can I return a product?
Since this is a perishable food product , we do not accept returns.
However, if you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can assess the situation.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please check your order upon receipt.
If your cookies arrive damaged , with damaged packaging , or if there is an error in your order , please contact us immediately:
